25 September, Mariinsky II
On 25 September, the special Forum event, a gala concert at the Mariinsky II, will take place, serving as the focal point of the Forum’s business and cultural programme. Attendance at the special Forum event is by special invitation only. A special pass is required to attend the event.
- Participants invited to the special Forum event will receive an email at the address specified in the contact information in their Roscongress personal account.

To activate your special pass for entry to the Mariinsky II for the special Forum event, you must take a PCR test for COVID-19, influenza A/B and ARVI between 07:30 on 24 September and 23:00 on 24 September, Moscow time.

Please note that the following items are prohibited at the venue:
- all types of liquids, including alcoholic beverages, perfumes, and liquid personal hygiene products
- portable chargers (power banks) and replacement batteries/rechargeable batteries for mobile devices
- electronic tobacco heating systems and devices that heat liquids (including vapes)

Take your identity document (passport) with you
You must present your passport at the entrance to the venue and keep it with you while you are located at the Forum venue.
Special pass distribution schedule
A special pass can be picked up before the test result is received.
The test is not needed to get the special pass, but is required for its activation.

SMS notification
Once your special pass is ready, you’ll get an SMS notification sent to the phone number indicated in your Roscongress personal account in the section ‘Personal information’
An email notification
Once your special pass is ready, you will receive a notification by email
How to obtain a special pass?
In person
A special pass may be collected in person by presenting:
- Passport (the identity document that is listed in the Roscongress personal account).
The special access card cannot be issued if the data in your Roscongress personal account is incorrect.
By proxy
Third parties must present the following:
- The authorized person’s passport
- Originals of participants’ identity documents that are listed in the Roscongress personal account
- An original standard power of attorney Power of attorney on behalf of a physical person Power of attorney on behalf of a legal entity
- A list of participants obtaining special access cards (if special passes are being issued for multiple participants)
