• Building a multi-ethnic audience. Integrating Russian theatres into the national context. How a Russian theatre can become a natural part of the cultural landscape for audiences of the titular nation without losing what makes it unique.
• Joint projects and touring as the visible result of mutual enrichment. The effectiveness of the existing festivals of Russian theatres abroad (Meetings in Russia, Theatre Autumn, Compatriots, and others) and the need for new forums, including on the platforms of the CIS. How to make touring more than an exchange of productions and turn it into broad creative engagement, through masterclasses, laboratories, and the like.
